Who we are
The Nexel Group ("Nexel", "we", "us") operates thenexelgroup.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
Information we collect
- Contact details: name, email, company, role — only when you fill out a form or email us.
- Usage data: pages visited, time on page, device type, country (via privacy-preserving analytics).
- Communications: messages you send us, chatbot transcripts, and support tickets.
- Cookies: essential cookies for the site to work, plus optional analytics cookies you can decline.
How we use it
To reply to you, schedule meetings, deliver our services, improve the site, and meet legal obligations. We never sell your data. We don't train shared AI models on it.
Legal bases (GDPR)
Consent (newsletter, cookies), contract performance (delivering paid services), legitimate interest (running and improving the site), and legal obligation (tax / accounting).
Sharing
We share data only with sub-processors that are necessary to operate (e.g., email hosting, analytics, payment processing). A current list is available on request. We never share data with advertisers.
Retention
Form submissions: 3 years. Client engagement records: 7 years (legal). Analytics: 14 months. You can ask us to delete data sooner — see "Your rights" below.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use role-based access controls, per-customer tenant isolation, signed webhooks and OAuth state, and rate limiting. We aim to notify affected users within 72 hours of a confirmed breach. Formal certifications such as SOC 2 are on our roadmap and not yet held.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your data at any time. Email privacy@thenexelgroup.com. We respond within 30 days.
International transfers
If we transfer data outside your region, we use Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards.

We'll update this page when our practices change and note the new "Last updated" date.
